Description Carburetor Adapter – 4 BBL to 2 BBL – Carter – Holley – 1967-76 – USED / AFTERMARKET Fits 1967-76 / 1969-72 applications. This is an aftermarket solid aluminum carburetor base adapter,it allows a 2 barrel carb to be mounted to a 4 barrel intake manifold that has the square bore pattern. It has the dual intake bolt pattern,to mount a 2 barrel where a Carter AFB,AVS or Holley 4 barrel normally would. Works on aluminum or iron intakes,factory and aftermarket. It will accept a Holley 2300 model,or a Carter BBD 2 barrel carb. This is an uncommon item,can be used in oval track racing where there are limitations and rules for 2 barrel CFM ratings,but it can also be used for street fuel economy or other applications. Can be used with Mopar, GM,and Ford applications. Good used condition,no damage,it will add approx. 7/8″ to installed carb height.
