Description Oil Filter Base Adapter# 2465831 – No Date – Small Block – V8 – 1964-66 – USED Fits 1964-66 A body Dodge Dart 270, GT, Plymouth Valiant Signet, Barracuda, ‘Cuda models with 273 V8 engines. This is a factory original cast iron 90 degree oil filter adapter. Includes iron housing base, and threaded filter adapter. Good used condition. Casting# 2163661, it does not have a readable casting date, N27 is cast on the housing body, as well as D-P-D-C trademark logo. This is used to provide clearance and angle the oil filter away from exhaust manifold and pipe. Adapter can also be used on multiple body and small block engine combinations to accommodate for exhaust manifold / header modifications. This unit is the early type, and has a straight filter angle, the later versions have a tilted angle. 10-26-12
