Description Front Driveshaft Tube# 4384484 – Dodge Truck – 2 Wheel Drive – 1987-88 – NOS Fits 1987-88 D1, 2, 3 Dodge pickup truck 2 wheel drive models with 2 piece driveshaft. This is the front propeller driveshaft tube assembly, it includes the tube, front universal joint, carrier / center bearing package# 4205866 w/support and insulator assembly with 29 splines on the input shaft. It is 44.93″ long, and has the 7260 size joint, and is 3.00″ diameter. The U joint is an original Mopar unit, it has Detroit on one side and part# 2266909 on the other and have the retaining strap as the assembly line units. The welded on yoke has #2660724 on the front and rear. Use on these D1, 2, 3 models with 131″ wheelbase with 435 transmissions, and on model D3 with 135″, 159′ wheelbase 2 wheel drive pickup trucks. Very good condition, no dents or pitting, it has some light surface rust only. This unit may also fit more models and years then listed. 16-700-1.
