This pendant makes a great gift for friends, loved ones, or yourself. About Celtic knots and my butterfly design-Celtic knotwork patterns have been used for centuries as symbols of connection, protection, and good luck. And, let’s be honest, because they look awesome.The butterfly was a request for a request for a wedding, so how could I resist! When I created this design, I incorporated the majestic beauty of the butterfly with the whimsy of their flight patterns. It also forced me to modify my typical style; this is the first time I varied the line thicknesses within the design. The varying lines help capture the complexity of the butterfly, without over-cluttering the design. The Butterfly is a symbol of beauty and understanding.
