Organic Mullein Tea

Description Perfect for a calming moment any time of day, this tea can be enhanced with honey or your favourite sweetener to balance its natural notes. Ingredients: ACO Certified Organic mullein leaf, Verbascum thapsis. How to Brew: To brew, simply add 1 teaspoon of mullein leaves to a cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes for a perfect cup. For the best results, strain the tea using a fine-mesh sieve or cloth to remove the fine hairs present in the leaves, ensuring a smooth sip every time.  Pour over ice for a refreshing summer drink! *Mullein is generally considered safe for most people, but it can interact with certain medications.
